About Us

Asdia Wild in Naboomspruit is the perfect location to enjoy your own private Acre of Africa! Only two hours north of Pretoria. A unique private experience of the amazing African bush and the joy and feel of a 'game lodge'. Access one thousand hectares of bush. A great variety of wildlife and birds, Free to roam and explore with no other guests on site.
Just 30 minutes to the nearest town Mookgopong makes Asdia Wild extremely accessible and perfect for anything from a weekend away to a well needed vacation.

The space

A beautiful private Waterberg lodge that offers 6 on-suite chalet's which can be configured to your independent sleeping arrangements.
A separate his and hers ablution block services the entertainment area. This consists of a fully equipped kitchen and indoor 16-seater dining and living area which overlooks a waterhole.
An under thatch patio hosts a magnificent view over the African bush below.
The swimming pool and deck offer a unique opportunity to swim and relax whilst watching the sunset straight down the unparalleled and magnificent Waterberg valley.

Guest access

Guests are welcome to roam the Reserve on foot. There is a wide variety of wildlife consisting of everything from Zebra, Giraffe, Hippo, Wildebeest and much, much more. Other than Hippo which are in the water during the day, non of the wildlife is dangerous or harmful if observed from a distance. However guests are asked to remember they are in a wildlife Reserve and to treat the animals and area with respect.
Asdia Wild also offers wonderful opportunities for birdwatchers to explore the variety of Southern African bird life which thrives in this special valley.
A great day adventure is to visit and play at the farm dam situated only minutes from the lodge. A zip line from a tower into the water offers a more exciting activity for the bold and can be accessed on request.
There are tremendous day hikes into the stunning Waterberg mountain range which abut Asdia Wild and which are easily accessible from the lodge.
