Dock Point Self Catering Point Durban (Self Catering Kwazulu-Natal)

Dock Point  is situated in a convenient location, close to all local amenities, walk to the beaches, within walking distance to Ushaka Marine World. This semi-detached townhouse house is beautifully restored. These houses were used as an accommodation for captains of ships docked at Durban harbour in the old days.
Dock Point Unit  is suited to accommodate up to 6 guests, minimum 2 x night stay. Minimum guest age is 8 years old. The unit comprises 3 bedrooms, which has 2 bedrooms that has portable fans in each room .

Bedroom 1 features a king-size bed.

Bedroom 3 features a double bunk bed. All bedrooms are upstairs and lead out onto verandas. The main bedroom has a split air conditioning unit, en- suite bathroom with bath, shower, basin and toilet, while the second and third bedrooms share a bathroom with bath, double basin and toilet.

Downstairs there is a lounge with comfy seating. The lounge has a TV with DStv / Netflix & You Tube, full bouquet for viewing. The living area features a split air-conditioning unit. The home features a fully equipped kitchen. The dining area has seating for 8 guests. The dining room opens out to a veranda and small garden with a splash pool. Wi-Fi access is unlimited.

The house is fully equipped. All linen, blankets and towels are provided. A gas braai is supplied. 2 x Secured parking bays are available in the basement below the house.

The house comes serviced during the rental, please get in contact when a cleaner is needed at an additional cost. Guests gain access to the unit via the front door or directly from the basement parking area.
The front of the house opens onto the waterfront canal system. The neighborhood is very secure with cameras on every corner of the streets, which makes it very safe to stroll along the canals at any time of the day.
Uber is available as well as the People Mover transport bus, which takes guests to Suncoast Casino and beachfront. About a 200 m walk along the canal will bring guests to Ushaka beach front. At Ushaka there are shops and various restaurants for guests enjoyment. There is also the famous Ushaka Marine World with aquarium and themed water park. The beach at Ushaka is famous for its gentle, warm waves for swimming and/or surfing.
