The way I see it, is that if you damage your physical body then you can repair it at the physio or orthopaedic surgeon. BUT if the intellectual/emotional inner self gets damaged we cannot just reach inside and fix things. An effective way to heal and rejuvenate deep inside would be by drumming and dancing, which manually triggers endorphins and stimulates both the conscious and sub conscious. This then directly heals physically, emotionally and mentally.
I personally facilitate the team building activities and I have facilitated hundreds of interactive team building sessions. With more than 20 years experience with various companies, schools, communities and institutions.
We would encourage you to experience the most powerful team building experience, which works in a short amount of time.
Drums and Rhythm look forward to facilitating your team to reach their true potential through rhythm.
Other services available include live themes and entertaining performances to suit your type of event.
We sell a variety of African drums and percussion instruments, as well as other items such as drum keyrings and necklaces which can be branded and used as corporate gifts.
Team Building is crucial when it comes to any business looking to improve moral and maintain high communication standards within an office setting.
