Welcome to Dusk to Dawn Farm Guesthouse
Johann and Gudrun Engelbrecht have turned their family home into a luxurious farm destination where they look forward to welcoming and treating you to their exquisite hospitality and attention to detail!
Dusk to Dawn has been a Winner in the AA Accommodation Awards for several years and has been placed in the Hall of Fame in the Farm Accommodation Category.
Dusk to Dawn also features the AA Superior Grading Endorsement and has been awarded 4-star status by the Tourism Grading Council of South Africa.
Offering a solar heated swimming pool and a children’s playground, Dusk to Dawn Guesthouse is located on a farm in the countryside, 35 km outside Piet Retief.
The classic rooms and cottages are decorated in country style and offer air conditioning, TV, and a seating area. Complete with a microwave, the dining area also has a refrigerator and an electric kettle.
Guests can prepare their own meals using the kitchen facilities in their rooms. Dusk to Dawn Guesthouse also has private picnic spot and barbecue facilities. A Deli shop with fresh produce is on site.
An array of activities can be enjoyed on site or in the surroundings, including cycling, mini golf and fishing. The garden features a tree house and a jungle gym. At Johnny’s Arc, children have the opportunity to get into close contact with a large variety of farm animals. Bird watching walks can be arranged.
Paulpietersburg is 45 km away and the Mkuze Game Reserve is about 126 km from the property. The Kingdom of Swaziland can be reached within 30 minutes.
