About Us
The park was established when Christa Saayman bought her first pair of Golden Handed Tamarins. Mystic Monkeys and Feathers grew rapidly and Christa’s love for animals paid off when the park was awarded zoo status. We have also been given sanctuary status and are a proud member of PAAZAA.
Mystic Monkeys & Feathers offers you an opportunity to get as close as you’ll ever get to some of the world’s most majestic animals. View beautiful birds and other animals, play with lion cubs and learn from our smart tour guides about primates.
Bring the family to see some of the world’s most beautiful animals, including one of Africa’s largest primate collections (44 species), birds of ALL kinds and ferocious predatory beasts, including White Lions, Bengal Tigers and Cheetahs
